The young girl at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful with getting our boarding pass for our flight. I do not know her name but she was on duty when we checked in around 7pm.

I enjoyed having a restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner. Excellent service in both restaurants and delicious food. Rooms were very clean and people were friendly.

This has been our second trip and stay in Springfield at this location. We booked a second time because we enjoyed our first stay so well. Rooms and accommodations were perfect. Staff were more than pleasant and quick to assist. We even ordered breakfast room service each morning because we were so please with the quality of the food at the price for service. The Doubletree will continue to be our destination location for Springfield.
